Mr. Johri has had the good fortune to be a part of three building institutions’ journeys: Infosys, Janalakshmi, and Caspian. He has led/managed transactions on both the sell and buy side, with legal, tax, accounting, and structuring complications, as well as shareholder and promoter management. Working in strategy, products, and program management, I’ve witnessed both successes and disappointments.
